I am here to write on behalf of my wife and I to say a big thank you and compliment your team on having such a friendly and helpful group of people working at your business.
We have used Ace Airport parking a handful of times and we always mention how happy and friendly everyone is.
I had an amusing and informative conversation with Ron (our driver) on the way back to our car yesterday and this kind of service is refreshing. I promised to write this email.
When we arrived to drop the car off our driver and the young lady who we were in contact with on entry were also great (Sat 1st, arvo) just didn’t catch their names.
Alright, that’s enough plaudit giving, for now, just hope this helps to even up the score with all of the negative emails that are written.

I would like to commend the staff (particularly Cindy – I hope I have her name correct) at Ace Melbourne for the exceptional service I received recently when using the Ace Self Park service. Both on my departure and arrival Cindy was very friendly and informative and my experience using Ace parking was exceptional. I am a frequent flyer and will definitely be using Ace again.

Dear Sir/Madam,
It is with great pleasure that I write this email to express my sincere gratitude to the two drivers who assisted us with our booking. On the 7 August around 4 pm we were greeted by the first driver who took us to the airport; not only was he great with our kids but was exceptional when we arrived at the airport helping us find a trolley for our luggage. The second driver picked us up promptly at the airport on 13 August early in the morning (~1.30am) after our flight was delayed; he was amazing! A true credit to your business. He helped us with our luggage and children; kept the bus warm for our children while we loaded our car; gave us some great advice on where to find some food for our very hungry children. He went beyond the general duty of his job and we were very grateful and cannot praise him enough.
Again thank you for the excellent service you provide!

By far the best service and car park I’ve used whilst travelling. Door to door service in the shuttle with minimal waiting times. I chose the undercover valet service and opted for an additional clean of my car – was an absolute pleasure being driven to my car and hopping in a clean fresh car after a long flight.
