We recently launched our loyalty rewards program to give our customers something back for parking with us regularly.
Our loyalty rewards program is based on a point system. You can earn points by booking with us and reviewing us online and interacting with us on social media. Once you have accrued a certain number of points you can redeem your loyalty points for services from us.
You can check your points balance by logging into “My Account / My Booking“, also located at the top-right of each page. If you haven’t logged in before, simply use your email address and your last booking reference (instead of a password) OR alternatively click “Forgotten Password” to be provided with a login.
Every customer is automatically part of our loyalty rewards program. We hope you find our loyalty rewards program rewarding and continue to use our airport parking services.

REDEEM YOUR POINTS
To redeem your Loyalty Points, simply login to your account and check your current point status. You can do this at “My Account / My Booking“ located at the top-right of each page. If you haven’t logged in before, you can use your last booking reference instead of a password. Upon redemption you will be provided with an e-Voucher and will then need to be claimed during an online booking by placing the e-Voucher code into the e-Voucher code section, prior to making payment (if any is required). ACE LOYALTY REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reward points are only provided on a fair go basis, to bookings made directly through us. Reward points are not earned on bookings made with or using a voucher, code, coupon, reference, special offer, discount or other such.
- You must have parked with us and can only review once per booking and one per nominated site, i.e. 3 bookings, only 3 reviews, on 3 different nominated review sites. Reviews must be a minimum of 150 characters, genuine and unique for each review, made by a real person and not be made by an ‘Anonymous’ user.
- Yelp Reviews must be ‘Recommended’ by Yelp, which is an automated process of Yelp’s. It ‘recommends’ reviews by active members/reviewers.
- Bonus Reward points are awarded a maximum of once per year and are only provided on a fair go basis, to bookings made directly through us. Reward points are not earned on bookings made with or using a voucher, code, coupon, reference, special offer, discount or other such.
- You can only refer friends that are not already customers or who have not been already referred, using your unique referral link. The equivalent of one days free parking points are awarded after the friends first completed stay.
- You can redeem as little as one day and there is no maximum number of days you can redeem for one booking. Redemption of points must be done so via the ‘My Rewards’ tab in the customer accounts. An e-Voucher will be issued and will then need to be claimed during an online booking by placing the e-Voucher code into the e-Voucher code section.
- Wash provided is an “Silver Wash” valued at $19.90. Additional charges apply and are payable upon arrival for 4WD or Large Vehicles. The service provider reserves the right to charge extra for excess mud/dirt or removal of dog hair, sand, grass, and bugs etc. Redemption of points must be done so via the ‘My Rewards’ tab in the customer accounts. A voucher will be issued and will then need to be claimed during an online booking by placing the voucher code into the coupon code section.
- The Loyalty scheme, Reward points, Loyalty points, Bonus Points and redeem values are subject to change without notice.
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
