Visit America’s Scariest Haunted Houses this Halloween

Americans treat Halloween like a major national holiday. Streets are shut down for parades, stores have aisles and aisles of decorations and candy, children plan for months in advance what costumes they will wear and houses are decorated from top to bottom in spooky, scary decor. All of these things are fun to take part in, but there is one thing you must do if you happen to be in America during Halloween season. You absolutely must visit a haunted house.

Haunted house attractions can be found all across America. Some are absolutely horrifying, while others will leave you disappointed. In an effort to help you avoid disappointment – and get the scare of your life – we have created a list of some of the scariest haunted houses in America.
