 REDEEM YOUR POINTS

To redeem your Loyalty Points, simply login to your account and check your current point status. You can do this at “My Account / My Booking“ located at the top-right of each page. If you haven’t logged in before, you can use your last booking reference instead of a password.  Upon redemption you will be provided with an e-Voucher and will then need to be claimed during an online booking by placing the e-Voucher code into the e-Voucher code section, prior to making payment (if any is required).

FREE CAR WASH

10,000 points are equal to one free “Express Shine” car wash on your next online booking by SHINE Hand Car Wash®. You may even choose to upgrade your “Express Shine”, which can be done at check-in.  Please note that there is a large vehicle surcharge payable upon arrival.7

To redeem your Loyalty Points:

1. Click on “My Account / My Booking“ located at the top-right of each page.

 

2. A drop box will appear where you will be required to enter your email address  and either your booking reference number/password and click on “Access Account”.

• If you don’t have a password, simply click ‘Forgotten Password‘ to be issued a password

 

3. Once you have successfully logged in, your Account Homepage will be displayed showing your recent bookings and along the top you will be able to manage your account and details.  Click on “My Rewards” tab.

 

4. My Rewards page will enable you to see your points balance, rewarded points and ways to earn more loyalty points

 

5. Click on “Redeem Points” located next to your points balance

6. Select your preferred item for redemption of your points

 

I don’t have a password, how can I log in?

1. Click on “My Account / My Booking“ located at the top-right of each page.
2. A drop box will appear where you can simply click “Forgotten Password” to be issued a password

 

How can I change my password?

If you have logged in, simply click on the “My Account” tab and you can enter your password from here.
