What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Ace Airport Parking and your wonderful team. Every staff member we dealt with 12 days ago whilst departing for our holiday and on our return, today was so genuinely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would just like to send a quick thank you to my driver to the airport tonight. I believe his name was Paul (British accent). He did his best to get the passengers there on time as he knew a few of us were quite late due to traffic. I luckily made it on time, thanks to his efforts. Please pass on my thanks to him! 🙂

I have been using ace airport parking for six years. The service is always excellent and prompt. I love that you park your car undercover in a secure park and it just stays there. No need to leave your keys. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Ron and the team at ACE parking in Melbourne.A team member accidentally broke my only car key but Ron was able to temporarily fix it so I could get my family home.The team at ACE were so helpful, kind, respectful and professional.Thanks again guys much appreciated.

We used ACE parking for the first time recently. The service was excellent. As soon as we arrived, someone was there to unload our bags and tell us where to go. Then once at our allocated spot, someone else was there again to show us exactly. Then the bus dropped us promptly at the airport. And then again when we arrived back at the airport, a quick phone call and the bus was there.

I have used Ace parking several times now and am extremely happy with their service. It makes the difference that you will get to the airport on time and knowing that you can get back to your car without any fuss.

I am a travel agent and was very impressed with the assistance my clients received when they had to return home for a day in the middle of their holiday to attend a family funeral – the team at ACE in Melbourne were extremely professional, courteous and compassionate under trying circumstances.

I would like to acknowledge your team and in particular Fiona, who provided exceptional empathy and service last week when I had issues with my car and was forced to wait from 6pm-10pm to have it resolved (completely my fault but frustrating none the less). Fiona really made my night less frustrating and I dare say, had I not had her support, I would have been a lot less upbeat. I hope that she is recognised for her efforts because I certainly appreciated them and she did a great job.

When I booked my parking last week, 7th June, I was trying on Ace’s service. I drove my car early morning and picked it up at midnight. I felt very safe.

My wife and I used ACE Airport Parking over the last weekend just gone. We returned at midnight on Sunday to find that we had a flat tyre (and had no spare ). I went down to ask both of the guys on at the time whether they may have a pump but they didn’t, however, Ron (who I believe is the night manager) said that if I took off the tyre he would run me to the servo down the road and get it pumped up. I found out after the assistance that he had actually finished work for the night and therefore was assisting me in his own time. Ron drove his car to mine which was on the top level, picked up my tyre, drove me to the servo assisted with putting air in and drove me back and made sure that the tyre went on fine.
I just wanted to say that it’s rare to find such great customer service and wanted to say thank you again to Ron and ACE and I’ll be sure to continue using your services any time I go to the airport
