The only Airport shuttle service I use. Love the indoor self-parking. I can lock up my car and take my keys with me.

We always use Ace Airport Parking when we travel. They have excellent customer service. The shuttle buses run regularly and they accommodate children over 6 months who need car seats in the buses.

Excellent service.
Had no issues with the drop-off or pick up, and the driver was ever so friendly and helpful.We will definitely be using ‘Ace parking’ in the future.

We have been using Ace Parking for a few years now after having a really bad experience with another company. This company said our car would be parked under cover came home it was exactly where we left it and had been damaged they denied responsibility. Ace is efficient, friendly and would recommend them highly.

It was a little disconcerting to read reviews on other parking companies and hear about people paying for undercover parking and their cars being left outside. No such issues with ACE!!!! Amazing service and hassle-free. We simply arrived, parked our own car, took our keys with us and hopped straight onto the courtesy bus. No waiting about, friendly staff on hand to help with luggage and only a few minutes down the road to the airport. Very reasonable price and great service. We couldn’t ask for more or recommend highly enough. Looking forward to our next trip.

So convenient to the airport. Park the car, take your keys and be transferred to the terminal by one of ACE’s drivers. When returning you come back to where YOU parked the car. No strangers walking through the open-air long-term Melbourne Airport option checking out what they can take from your car. Always somewhere at ACE looking after your property.

Have used this company several times in the past. One of the very few who are not valet (read drop your car off and they drive it 5km away to lock in warehouse/storeroom). If you do not want others handling your car, it’s a good company to use, particularly with shopadocket vouchers.
