Merge Your Airport Parking Accounts

You may have changed email address and want to carry all the information over from your old account to your new.

You can merge all your accounts into one master account, simply login to your preferred account. You can do this at “My Account / My Booking“ located at the top-right of each page. If you haven’t logged in before, you can use your last booking reference instead of a password.

 

You will be required to login to our website at https://secure.aceairportparking.com.au/user/account/merge_account

To Merger your Accounts:

1. Click on “My Account / My Booking“ located at the top-right of each page.

 

2. A drop box will appear where you will be required to enter your email address  and either your booking reference number/password and click on “Access Account”.

• If you don’t have a password, simply click ‘Forgotten Password‘ to be issued a password

3. Once you have successfully logged in, your Account Homepage will be displayed showing your recent bookings and along the top you will be able to manage your account and details.  Click on “My Account” tab.

 

4. My Account Details page will enable you to update any personal details, change your password and access to the Merge Account feature. Click on the ” Merge Account” button to the top-right.

 

5. Read the instructions provided carefully as the process CANNOT be reversed, then complete the required details, noting that your preferred/master account is on the left and the details you complete are of the account you wish to close and bring merge over to your preferred account.

 

A successful merge of accounts will include merging all previous transactions/bookings and collating any loyalty points earned into one account.

 

I don’t have a password, how can I log in?

1. Click on “My Account / My Booking“ located at the top-right of each page.
2. A drop box will appear where you can simply click “Forgotten Password” to be issued a password

 

How can I change my password?

If you have logged in, simply click on the “My Account” tab and you can enter your password from here.
